High-precision Image

• Newly developed," e-shot " dramatically have improved the color shifting in flow direction, so now more vivid images can be acquired by cameras.
• By using 3 line color CCD camera(2000bits), 0.8 mm lengthwise pixels can be realized(In case the inspection speed is at 500m/min)
• You can check the whole with one integrated image as well as the details of small point by using the zoom-in function.
• Defect-blink display enables you to quickly find where the defect is (Defect is marked by showing master and defect-image alternately)
• In real time you can check every image of the inspected products on monitor.

High-quality Inspction

• By the no-masking inspection method, various defects from really small defects such as splattered ink to light-colored defects can be detected.
• This inspection system is always equipped with the card for streak-emphasis. All defects are classified into serious kind, slight kind, and subtle kind, or serious kind, slight kind, and doctor streak's kind.
• By adjusting the lighting unit, stable inspection can be performed for film, paper, and etc. The positioning correction fuction, " XY correction ", plays a role to adjust the incorrect positioning and unstable transfer of the inspected products. ( XY correction is by gray search method )
• Various inspection levels can be set up in each partial area. You can specify strict level for important part and soft level for unimportant part.
• Up to 26 slit lanes are available for setting the inspected areas.

Flexible Operation

• The operation is on a question to answer basis. The keyboard can be stored except the time of setting data and operating, so it will never borther you . This compact controller enables you to save more working place.
• You can save 5000 kinds of setting data at the maximum.
• The inspection system needs only half electric power of previous one, so you can save more electric power.
• You can file 512 pictures ( 128X128 pixel ) of defect-images.
