Features

Heat can be reduced by the metal cold mirror, and the entire atmosphere in
the UV system can be cooled by the water-cooling board.
According to substrate, the aluminum mirror, the cold mirror or the metal
cold mirror can be selected.
Maintenance is considerably improved by adoption of the lamp unit and the
reflecting plate unit.(The lamp can be replaced in 1 minute.)
The irradiator at one size can realize a wide output range from low output
to high output.

	Features
	Irradiation at low temperature Due to adoption of the double cold mirror method, thermal effect on an irradiated object is small. Easy maintenance Due to adoption of the unit structure allow- ing pulling out, replacement of the lamp (Without any tool)and maintenance of the reflector are easy. Optional setting Quartz plate is provided as standard, it can be replaced with a cold filter upon necess- ity.

	Extra-slim Type
	Features
	Thinnest designs(width: 40mm) Because the width is extremely reduced, this type is optimal to semi-cure for the area between barrels in a satellite type printing machine. Irradiation at low temperature Due to adoption of the shutter, thermal effect during in ching at start of a printing machine which can be a problem in an instantaneous lighting type UV system is considerably mitigated.
