Automatic laser cutting machine for labels. New technology giving very high production output.
THE MACHINE IS SUPPLIED AS FOLLOWS:-
An aluminium structure, complete with:-
- Two unwinders with ribbon tension adjustment.
- Automatic stop at material end.
- Self-adhesive tape sticking device.
- Table for product quality control.
- Management and checking of all working functions by computer, processing programs storage.
- LPS control system for the positioning of the label to be cut on both axes.
- Galvanometric system with Z-dynamic lens for beam focussing, giving a cutting speed of up to 200 mt/min.
- Controller unit to keep ribbon tension constant at the exit.
- Two label rewinders with removal of cutting waste or, if not required, have the labels fall into a collecting box.
- Vector drawing setting to create the shape to be cut. Any of the popular graphic programs are suitable for this purpose.
- Cutting program setting from floppy disk.
- Camera for process checking.
