　　Global Asia Limited is the Global Sole Agent of A sahi Brand UV ink . Asahi U V i nks apply in both r otary off-set printing and letter press printing , suitable to print all kinds of materials, such as paper, PVC , PET, foil card, business form and computer form with solid, fine, high coverage rate, strong adhesi ve and fast curing characteristics.

Characteristics

Directions of using UV Inks

1. Plate
   Offset printing uses the negative PS plate or positive PS plate. If it is positive plate, the A sahi UV ink is able to use directly, but most of the positive plate require oven treatment before using. Regarding polymer plate, it should use the nylon polymer letter press plate to coupe with .
   
   
2. Rubber ink roller
   Use the UV ink roller or use the compatible type offset UV ink roller.
   
   
3. Blanket
   The blanket for offset ink and UV ink is applicable.
   
   
4. Supplementary Agent and the L imit A mount for Use
   AUV 900 (Reduce r ) 0-15%
   AUV 700 (Dilute Agent) 0-20%
   
   
5. Adhesiveness
   According to different types of paper and materials, the adhesive level will be different, especially the non-adhesive type such as foil cards, PET, PVC. So, before printing, it requires adhesive tape to test the adhesiveness of the printing materials to select the type of UV inks accordingly.
   
   
6. Post work
   Some print jobs after printing requires post work like coating on lamination, then selection of right coating solvent lamination material is a must. Do remember to do the test print up to requirement before real production to avoid unnecessary wastage.
   
   
7. Storage
   Avoid high indoor temperature or direct sun light ing . Storage up to 6 months. Storage period of Gold and Silver UV ink may be shorter .
   
   
8. Safety
   Avoid UV ink stick on human skin and clothing for long period of time , i t may cause allergy to skin . D o pay attention when using, and must clean up and wash after usage.

1. Offset ink allergy level to human skin is very low, but it is better to keep away from skin when using, in case t here is skin contact, use soap and water to wash it immediately.
2. The ink should keep away from direct sun light and protect under cool and right room temperat ur e.
3. Remember to blend the ink thoroughly before usage.

Standard Color

ASAHI REDUCER AUV 900

　　AUV900 is the supplementary product of offset UV ink to reduce the adhesive degree of the ink; it increases the brightness and smoothness of the ink, reduces the adhesiveness and density of the ink; when require it must be blended thoroughly before using.

Advantages

1. High effective mixing quality and easy to use.
2. Reduce adhesiveness and density level.
3. Adjust the brightness and smoothness.

Direction to use

1. Under normal condition, no need to use it. When require, it must be blended thoroughly before using.
2. Using quantity not more than 15%.
3. Excess quantity affect the curing quality.
4. Storage: Avoid high indoor temperature and keep away from direct sun light. The storage period is up to six months.
5. Safety: Avoid reducer stick on human skin and clothing for long period of time, because it may cause allergy to skin, do pay attention when using, and must clean up and wash after usage.

ASAHI DILUTE AGENT AUV700

　　ASAHI AUV700 is the supplementary product of AUV ink, and it adjusts the color level of the ink; basically it will not alter the adhesiveness and the characteristics of the ink.

　　But it affects the smoothness, brightness, density level to a minimum degree. Under normal condition, no need to use it. When require it must be mixed thoroughly before using.

Advantages

1. High & effective mixing quality and easy to use.
2. Superb reducing agent of AUV inks' color.
3. Basically, it will not alter the adhesiveness, characteristics of the ink, and the printability.

Directions to use

1. Under normal condition, no need to use it. When require it must be mixed thoroughly before using.
2. Using quantity not more than 20%.

ASAHI CLEANER AUV600

　　ASAHI AUV 600 is a high quality cleaner. It is easy to use & convenient to wash away the UV ink, especially good for blanket and ink roller with excellent result. Other than remove the UV ink, it can also remove the ordinary ink with same good result.

When AUV 600 is dried, it will not leave any oily dirt on the surface.

1. It is suitable to clean blanket, ink rollers and printing machines with automatic device and manually.
　　
2. Effectively to soften and dissolve UV ink and prevent the pile up condition of the ink. As a result, save time to clean up and user friendly.
　　

Directions to use

1. AUV 600 can be used to clean the blanket and the left behind paper tissue with cloth directly.
　　
2. Dip the top portion of the ink roller into the AUV600 and rotate it for 1-2 minutes, let it dissolves and decomposes the UV ink on the roller, and lower the level of the cleaning blade to remove all the dissolved and decomposed UV ink. The next step is by using the water to wash it away. Repeat this process till the ink roller is cleaned completely.

Attention

ASAHI FLEXEL VANISH AUV800

　　AUV800 is suitable for PS plate in UV offset printing machines as well as the nylon polymer plate in the rotary intermittent printing machines.
